What ReelFlow is

ReelFlow is a video production studio: a web application at studio.thereelflow.com and an optional desktop agent you install on your own computer. The cloud coordinates; your machine does the heavy work — rendering, final video files, and publishing material are produced locally.

The service is operated by ReelFlow's small founding team, based in the United States and Türkiye.

Your account

You need an account to use ReelFlow. Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us if you believe your account has been compromised, and register with accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your studio.

Your content stays yours

Everything you make in ReelFlow — ideas, scripts, images, narration, videos — is yours. You give us just enough permission to store and process it in order to run the service for you, and nothing more. We do not use your content to train models, and we claim no rights over what you publish.

You are responsible for the content you produce and publish: for having the rights to any material you bring in, and for making sure what you make respects the law and other people's rights.

Your keys, your provider accounts

AI generation in ReelFlow runs on API keys you bring from providers such as Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Those accounts are yours: their terms bind you, their bills are yours, and their availability is theirs. ReelFlow sends your calls with your key from your own device and is not a party to that relationship.

YouTube

ReelFlow's YouTube features use YouTube API services. By using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) describes how Google handles data on its side. Our own handling of YouTube data is described in the privacy policy, and you can revoke ReelFlow's access to your Google account at any time (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

What goes to your channel is yours: ReelFlow uploads only what you asked it to produce, and the responsibility for what you publish stays with you.

What you may not do

Do not use ReelFlow to produce or publish content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that deceives platforms or viewers. Do not probe, overload, or work around the service's limits. Do not use someone else's account, and do not connect a channel that is not yours to operate.

A young product, honestly offered

ReelFlow is in active development: features ship, change, and are sometimes withdrawn. The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for damages arising from its use is limited. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

We may suspend parts of the service for maintenance or security — including temporarily closing registration or taking the platform offline to protect it.

Ending it

You can stop using ReelFlow at any time and ask for your account to be closed; the privacy policy says what deletion means today. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the platform or other users at risk — with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

These terms are updated as the product grows; the date at the top says when. Changes that matter are announced in the product. Using ReelFlow after a change means accepting it.
